After a night of pondering, I think I have come to a conclusion.
Well I suppose like all things, there is a bad and a good to having such a charater. *no I am not sitting on the fence.
In my line of work, I am lucky to come across to amzing ppl with distinctive chracters ( you may say conflicting ).
1) A person with a very fluid mindset - ideas are constantly sprouting out and ever changing ( in a good way). He/she constantly better the idea he/she first came up with. However this made it really difficult for the ppl ard him/her to carry out or materialise his/her vision. Amid the confusion ( ever changing ideas), this person never lost sight of the original goal, and eventually the goal is (always) met ( way above expectations)
2) A person with a very fixed mindset - once an idea is set in the mind, it can never be changed unless for extraordinarily good reasons. Although this person has a very fixed midset ( of a particular idea) he/she often ( to my observation) forgets his/her ultimate aim. Which sometimes results in the idea being achieved, but not fufilling the ultimate aim.

What is....?

Just had lunch with a very interesting person this afternoon.
He mentioned smth about ppl having fixed mindset - good or bad? Smth to ponder about...
"A fixed mindset is what defines a person...." - does that mean a person with a fixed minset becomes very reluctant to change - and there for becoming inflexible and stubborn? - difficult to work with thus becoming less innovative?
Does a person who has fixed mindset also equates to strong principles? - in that case what is wrong with that?

Experimenting with my D5000
My very first SLR! Started off wanting to buy the Canon G11. But with the same price... ( plus a few hundred dollars more) I can get away with a good ( quote the salesman) SLR...so why not...
On the 15th Dec 2009, I became the proud owner of a D5000 SLR, and started to snap away : )
